Are Tolerance Breaks Still Important?
Whether they are or not, try it out anyway even if it’s just to test the strength of your will power. Take time during your break to check yourself. That’s never a bad thing.

Day 1
Know your relationship with weed. Start with checking in & ask yourself a few questions.
👇
DAY2
Follow this flow chart to check yourself before you potentially wreck yourself.
Day 3
Examine yourself & notice your thoughts.
Your aches and pains. When are you happy and when are you sad? Study those moments so you remember what life is like without weed
& then appreciate all the highs you’ve had.
Day 4
Replace the ritual of smoking with something else.
A walk. A call to your mom. Journal. Still keep the time you would smoking as yours
- just use it differently.
Tolerance Breaks help you understand your highs and the relationship you have with weed ultimately making you a better stoner. ✅
DAY6
YOU MADE IT!
The end of a T-break should be celebrated. Remember all the things you’ve learned about yourself. Keep a journal and track your future T-breaks. Compare the data and reflect on your own growth 📈📊
Set your high up for success!
Make it extra special tailored to the stoner in you.
This is a relationship with weed you’re in after all. 🌹
Everybody has a version of this.
